Special; Exclusive; In the countryside
The house makes an ideal starting point for excursions throughout the Piedmont. You can choose from among many outdoor sports activities such as cycling, skiing, horseback riding, mountain climbing and canoeing. There are numerous designated trails which wind their way through the beautiful landscape with its mountains and small rivers. A day trip to the Ligurian Coast is certainly worthwhile as is a visit to the still undiscovered Aosta Valley. Of course a visit to one of the many wine and cheese tasting events is a must! In both summer and winter the landscape of the Piedmont is wonderfully green. Flowers and trees bloom throughout the year. The Piedmont is a culinary peak in Italy and in September the city of Bra becomes the culinary capital of the region. For an entire week the most splendid dishes are served in the squares. Then there is the truffle capital of Alba where every October the first truffle is auctioned. In honor of this event all kinds of festivities are held. Distances to other major cities: Genoa 85 km, Turin 65 km, Milan 90 km, Aosta 78 km. You can even reach the sights of the French Riviera - Monaco and Portofino - in just three hours!
