In the Rokytnice area there are many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, a "Weinstuben”, rental companies and various attractions including paragliding, roller skiing, zorbing (rolling down a slope in a large plastic ball), rafting, tennis and climbing (at a climbing center). Not too far away you can also find a cinema, nightclub and bowling alley. In the Starý Mlýn (Old Mill) Hotel you have the possibility to dine. In addition to sightseeing tours there are sports facilities nearby like tennis courts, volleyball and football fields, motorcycle riding, paintball, sauna, gym and a sports hall for tennis and other ball games. This tourist and sports village has beautiful natural surroundings with dense forests, clear streams and rivers, colorful flowers on green meadows and typical mountain vegetation. For cycling / mountain biking enthusiasts, there are many well-maintained trails that connect to other tourist centers. The routes along the peaks of the Giant Mountains run through the valley of the Jizera River. Transportation of people and bikes to the mountain trails is possible via a four-seat lift. The mountain station is not far from the mountain cabin of Dvoračky, at an altitude of 1140 meters, situated at the crossroads of Rokytnice, Harrachov, Spindleruv Mlyn and Mísečky. The region is dominated by mountain towns like Paseky and Vysoké a Jablonec. Just 8 km from Rokytnice lies the town of Harrachov, the highest town in the Giant Mountains, with its many tourist attractions like the famous waterfall of Harrachov, a glassblower and mountain museum, golf course and summer toboggan run. It is easily accessible by car or hiking and cycling paths.
