These luxurious chalets offer magnificent views of the L'Oisans massif. Built in the style of the area, using lots of wood and stone, the chalets provide plenty of space and comfort and are situated above the village of Alpe d'Huez, near Altiport. Shops, restaurants, bars and other facilities are located approximately 500 meters away. The chalets have been carefully decorated and contain a solid wood floor, a fireplace and a terrace or a balcony. Most chalets also have a private sauna.

L'Alpe D'Huez is situated at an altitude of 1850 meters and is surrounded by the Grandes Rousses massif whose Pic Blanc, at a height of 3330 meters, is the highest mountain in the range. Because of the location of the village you can enjoy a micro climate with lots of sunshine. On the mountain you'll find pastures of grazing sheep and cows as well as a rich flora and fauna, but above all, the hospitable people who are proud of their region. There is a wide range of sports possibilities - and cultural activities here as well. Of course you are familiar with all the mountain sports like paragliding, climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking and hiking. There are professional guides who can take you to beautiful mountain getaways. In and around the village, you can play tennis or golf (or mini-golf), go swimming, to the wellness center or to gym, go to the cinema or just sit around and gossip (even in summer). In the village you will also find several supermarkets, banks, bakeries, butchers, a pharmacy and a post office. There are plenty of bars, discos and restaurants as well, for a nice evening out.

This chalet has a total area of approximately 125 to 135m2 and can accommodate up to 12 persons. The living room has a fireplace and cozy sitting area. There is also a television with satellite connection here. The open kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and a fridge, kettle, coffee machine. There are five bedrooms (out of which 1 is located on the ground floor), each furnished with one double bed or two single beds, with shower and WC and 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Chalet equipped with jacuzzi and/or sauna and a terrace. You also have a parking place at your disposal.

If you have certain preferences as to location, interior, etc, please indicate when booking. The surcharge is 120 euro. When preferences are indicated without accompanying payment, there is no guarantee that your wishes will be honored. You are requested to clean up the accommodation prior to departure, placing the furniture in its original position. If your accommodation is found uncleaned after departure, the cleaning costs will be withheld from the deposit. You are prohibited to flush down the toilet or throw into the sink any object or substance that can clog up the drainage of the toilet, kitchen or bathroom. Any expenses made for the repair of the drainage system in case of obstruction by such objects or substances will be charged to the tenant. All garden furniture is to be placed indoors whenever you are absent from the accommodation. Loss of a door key incurs a charge of 15 - 50 Euros. You are expected to respect the house rules. If you have any complaints about your accommodation, please report it immediately to the reception desk. If your complaint is not dealt with on the spot, you are requested to inform Tour Operator in writing no later than 7 days after your return. Tour Operator will send your complaint to the responsible authority that will handle it further.
