<p>This cozy bungalow is located in a homey and child-friendly park in the Kop region of North Holland, just 600 meters from the beach. The park is tucked away behind a magnificent tree girth and surrounded by colorful flower fields. It really is the place to enjoy your holiday. The park offers so much to do that you can not possibly become bored! But even outside the park there is plenty to see and do such as shopping in Den Helder, sailing and sightseeing on the island of Texel, and the folklore and atmosphere of Schagen. The bungalow has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bungalow is well insulated and equipped with a gas fireplace so you can enjoy a comfortable stay throughout the year. - You can sit on the veranda from early morning until late in the evening and enjoy the outdoors, listening to the cheerful sound of the birds or watching the sun disappear behind the dunes as you look out from the porch over the lovely garden. A feast for the eyes! The garden is always a pleasant place to be, whether in the sun or shade. Enjoy a delicious meal in the comfortable garden furniture? Just go ahead and sit back. Things to do? There are two bikes in the shed for your use (with a bicycle seat). - The bungalow is ideal for four or five persons plus a baby / toddler.</p>

Every season allows you to enjoy the beach, fly kites, build sand castles, hunt for shells, go surfing or play in the water or just watch the sun rise and set. At this holiday park you really can not be bored! There is so much to do: air trampoline, volleyball, Panna cage (for a quick technical football game, 3 minutes in a cage), bowling alley, skating rink, climbing apparatus and slides. There is an indoor subtropical swimming pool with slide, toddler pool, whirlpool and rapids. There is also an infrared sauna, library lounge and mini-kiosk. Meanwhile the inner man can be well looked after in the restaurant, cafe, snack bar or outdoor kitchen. During school holidays there is a recreation team present which organizes activities for both young and old. The park also has a mini-riding academy which provides lessons or you can enjoy some free riding or, for the more experienced riders, take a trip on the beach. Outside the park there are of course fishing on inland waters and along the North Sea coast. Rent a bike, wagon, canoe or electric boat and set out for an adventurous day hiking, canoeing, cycling or riding on the “Duinvliet” equestrian route.
Fittings
From the couch in the living room you have a beautiful view of the garden. In summer you can enjoy the garden with the doors open while in winter enjoy the warm gas heat. Is there anything on the TV? In the TV cabinet you’ll find various games, books and DVDs. - The kitchen is fully-equipped including a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen equipment is very complete. Making a delicious meal is as easy as at home. Dining out is also possible, but not necessary. - The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. This bedroom has a large window and a blackout blind. Sleep is good! Next to the bed and on the cupboard above the bed, there are a number of boxes. In the room there is space to add a camp bed (if desired). - The second bedroom has a trundle bed. The trundle can be used for a second person’s sleeping space or can simply be extended to form a spacious double bed. Again, you'll find wonderful foam mattresses. Good sleep is very important, so this room has a blackout blind as well. - In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and sink. The modern bathroom is light, airy and comfortable. It has a window and fan. Together they provide a cool dry place. A wonderful place to freshen up.

Your car can be parked next to the accomodation. Long-term rent upon request.
<p>1. The Bungalow can be rented for no more than 5 persons and a baby. You are not allowed to rent the accomodation to others. 2. Two pets are allowed for 17.50 euro per pet per week. More pets by request only. Smoking is not permitted in the bungalow. 3. The rental price includes electricity and 1 full cylinder of gas. 4. Your stay in the bungalow is entirely at your own risk. 5. On the day of arrival guests can use the accommodation starting at 3:00 pm. On the day of departure guests must leave the accommodation by 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed upon. 6. The guest pays (at the time of booking) a deposit of 50 €. The owner will deduct the amount that is to be paid to the owner (see Article 8). The guest agrees to the reasonable use of the bungalow and agrees to leave the bungalow in good condition, clean and tidy. If the guest leaves the bungalow uncleaned, cleaning fees will be added to the bill by the landlord. 8. The guest is liable for any damage in/to the bungalow, including damage or loss of inventory which occured during the tenancy period, unless the guest can credibly justify that the damage was not made by the family members or guests. 9.The costs of normal maintenance and repair of defects are the responsibility of the owner. In case of any defects, the guest must inform the owner directly and follow his instructions as closely as possible. Any costs made by the guest will be refunded to the guest after handing over specified invoices.</p>
