Casa Muñeca is situated on a quiet lane, directly by the beautiful beaches of the famous Marbella!
From your villa you have direct access to the wide sandy beach. This beach descends very gradually into the sea, making it very safe for children.
The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with marble paths leading to the beach. There are lawns surrounded by palm trees, yuccas, bougainvillea, roses, oleanders and hibiscus. By the sheltered patio you’ll find a swimming pool with sun loungers. In the evening, the whole garden is illuminated.
Twice a week the gardens and pool are maintained by the gardener.
On the seaward side the villa has a more than 20-meter-long glass wall with sliding doors giving you an enchanted view over the lush landscaped garden, the Mediterranean and the Bay of Marbella, as far as Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa.
Small whales and dolphins migrate through the Strait of Gibraltar and, like the low-flying flamingos, are a familiar sight from the house.
The unique location of the villa (on the south by the sea), the fabulous views, guaranteed sunshine, golf and tennis courts in the immediate area, a supermarket, at least 10 restaurants within walking distance, the tranquility of the area and, not least the comfort of the villa, help make Casa Muñeca one of the best holiday destinations in Europe. The old town of Marbella is only 7 minutes away from the villa.
The distance to the center of Malaga and the airport is approximately 30 minutes. Gibraltar and Seville are two hours away, Toledo and Madrid are 3 hours away but by high speed train from Malaga it is just 2 hours.

Marbella is a beautiful elongated town situated on the Costa del Sol, the southernmost coast of Spain. This coastline is blessed with 300 days of sunshine per year. The Costa del Sol is divided into an eastern and a western part. For tourism, the western part is particularly important. Because of its location at the foot of the Sierra Blanca, summers are not too hot and winters are relatively mild.
The N340 coastal road connects the airport of Malaga with the rest of the coast.
Old Marbella is definitely worth a visit. During a walk through its narrow streets you will see various churches, the old town hall and houses adorned with colorful flowers. After the walk head over to the Plaza de los Naranjos for something to eat or drink.
The popular district of Puerto Banus is perfect for a stroll if just to admire the yachts moored there. Furthermore, there are a lot of cafes and shops situated along the harbor.

The Costa del Sol offers beautiful, well-maintained beaches. The average water temperature is 18 C (24 C in August).
There is a wide array of attractions including two casinos, water parks, a zoo, bullfights and Tivoli Gardens.
Thanks to the multitude of facilities and the wonderful climate, all kinds of sports can be enjoyed here. Of course, all types of water sports (swimming, sailing, jet-skiing, etc) are possible. There are also excellent facilities for tennis and golf.
The rich history of Andalusia, with its various influences, means there is a plethora of ruins and historic places of interest to see.
There are few other places with so many restaurants of all categories. The typical dishes of the Costa del Sol are seafood dishes. The "el pescaito frito" is especially well known.
Besides the beaches there is a beautiful inland countryside with famous white villages. The mountains offer a great variety of flora.
