<p> Situated on the border, just a stone's throw from De Panne (4 km) and not far from other coastal cities like Koksijde, Nieuwpoort and Ostend, lies the charming French village of Bray-Dunes. This town is a resort on the Franco-Flemish Opal Coast in the French Westhoek. Here you get the best of the Belgian coast together with the northern French coast. You will be able to wallow in the rare authenticity of this resort, which is in full development. Besides the fresh air, relaxing on the beach enjoying the undisturbed tranquility, you can discover a large number of relics from World War II, mainly bunkers situated on the beach between De Panne and Bray-Dunes. Between Bray-Dunes and De Panne there are beautiful unspoiled dunes which are part of the 565-hectare nature reserve of 'De Westhoek' / 'Le Perroquet', an ideal place for nature lovers. The wide sandy beach is also a major tourist attraction of this place. All possible water sports can be enjoyed here, from simply swimming to kite-surfing and catamaran sailing. Furthermore, in the "Espace Tonique" you can enjoy water aerobics, pilates and yoga or take can expressive dance class like Jazz or Hip Hop. Culinary delights can be savored at a variety of restaurants and brasseries in the area. Afterwards, you can head over to the cinema. In Bray-Dunes there is an event hall where many activities are held throughout the year, plus there is an indoor pool, a beautiful sailing club, mini-golf, tennis etc. .. Bray-Dunes is a resort in full development lying adjacent to the pristine nature area of "Les Dunes du Perroquet", an ideal base for such activities as trekking through the dunes, walking along the beach or visiting nearby Dunkirk where you should not miss the "Musée d'Art Contemporain de Dunkerque". Along the wide sandy beach and beautiful promenade there are numerous restaurants and brasseries for the culinary enjoyment of couples, families or groups of friends. In the small village of Ghyvelde, 6 minutes from Bray-Dunes, there is the discovery farm of "Le Camelus", where the whole family can become acquainted with various types of animals like lamas, buffalo, goats, ostriches, donkeys, etc. Furthermore, children can have great fun at the famous amusement park of Plopsaland just 5 km away in De Panne. All types of water sports are possible in Bray-Dunes, and you can even play golf 13 km away at "Golf de Dunkerque Grand Littoral". In the city, throughout the entire year, you’ll find numerous activities, highlighted by the annual folklore festival in July. In addition there is also a music festival, giant parade, classic car exhibition, horse animation, popular ball, sand castle contest and much more. In short, a successful holiday is assured!

This holiday apartment is suitable for up to 5 persons and is equipped with all the modern comforts and has a stylish finish. The total area of ​​35m2 is classified as follows: a spacious living room which features a flat screen TV with French channels; an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave (cooking pots and pans, plates, glassware and cutlery are provided); a bedroom for 2 people; and a separate sleeping area furnished with bunk beds (for 3 people). The beds are of 5-star comfort and guarantee optimum rest. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. You also have a private terrace with a table and chairs. Bed linen is present (mandatory rental). You also have the possibility to rent towels.

Included in the rent: the rent, VAT, use of the TV, use of the terrace and garden furniture. Not included in the price: (mandatory) linen (€ 8 / pp), towel hire (€ 5 / pp), consumption of energy, water, etc. (€ 2 / person / night), final cleaning (€ 60) and other surcharges such as pets, service costs etc. These costs will be deducted from the deposit (€ 250). 1 to max 2 pets are welcome for an additional charge of €10 / pet / day, only by request and the number may vary depending on the accommodation. Arrival is between 15:00h-22:00h. If arriving later please call the main number of the owner: 0032 (0) 2 5129240 (there is someone available to answer the phone until 22:00h). Should you have any questions: info@holidaysuites.be. On the day of departure you must check-out of your holiday accommodation by 10:00 am. Cleaning must be done by the guest. Kitchen / kitchenette must be cleaned and all pans, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. should be washed, dried and put away in the cupboards. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee and tea makers should be washed. Garbage must be placed in the appropriate containers (see park plan). Bath towels and bed linen should be collected and placed in the laundry bag located in the entrance hall. Turn off all the lights and make sure all doors and windows are closed properly. The terrace / garden should be left tidy and the garden furniture (if available) placed in the repositories. If additional work such as cleaning must be performed, the deposit may be fully or partially retained, with a minimum of € 40 plus an administrative fee. Loss or degradation of the key will incur a charge of € 40, also to be deducted from the deposit.

Please take into account the following: there is no reception on site. Nonetheless, three days before your arrival to the Holiday Suites you will receive an email which will contain all the necessary practical information, as well as the key codes needed for entering the building and for opening the safe. In the mentioned safe there will be an envelope addressed to you, containing the key and the number of the accommodation.
