Short description
This cozy and well-furnished accommodation is located in the urbanization of Rojales, in the holiday park with the same name: Rojales Park, on the Costa Blanca. The 14 houses are part of two sets of buildings, each having its own walled garden with gravel and plants, enclosed by a gate. The holiday park has a common pool. It is located near the beautiful Marques Golf Course (950 meters away). The beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar, with several play areas for children and sunbeds (for rent), are just 10 minutes away. There is a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars. Guardamar is a nice, busy town with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants, a disco, nature park and a weekly market (on Wednesday). In the summer months, every evening there is a market and a fair organized especially for children. In addition, you can visit the market every Thursday in the town of Rojales.

The Costa Blanca (the 'White Coast') with its many sandy beaches, is 200 km long. It is called "the white coast" because of the pink and white-blossom almond trees which once were very plentiful here. Gran Alacant is only 15 km from Alicante. A visit to the old city of Alicante is highly recommended. El Casco Antiguo (Old Town) is relatively small and situated between the Rambla (a boulevard where the old city wall used to lie) and a hill with the castle of Santa Barbara. The old district of Santa Cruz was built against the slopes of Monte Benacanti and is made up of small, narrow roads with stairs. The picturesque streets are bordered by small white houses with lush flowers and decorative tiles. The Cathedral of St. Nicholas (Concatedrál de San Nicolás de Bari in Herrera) was built in baroque style and completed in 1662. Its strange quadratic exterior makes it unique. The Iglesia de Santa María is an original Gothic church, which was built upon the foundation of a Muslim mosque. Through windows in the floor you can still admire the remnants of this mosque. The church was later equipped with a baroque gable. Torrevieja is also a nice place to visit. This town is famous for its beautiful beaches, but is surrounded by two large natural salt lakes which are the largest in Europe. Tabarca Island lies just off the Spanish coast, a few kilometers from Santa Pola. The island is only 1800 meters long with a maximum width of 400 meters. In the immediate area there are a number of smaller islands and cliffs. This island was originally used as a fortress against the Berbers of North Africa. The Genoese village was built according to a quadratic road scheme, in accordance with the ideas of the Renaissance. It was surrounded by a defensive wall which included two gates. To the east of Tabarca there is a lighthouse from 1854, and on the far eastern point of the island you will find a cemetery. The island is low and even though it is often very windy the flora has accommodated to the harsh conditions. The clear water surrounding the island makes it a source of new life, thus not surprisingly the area around the island has been designated a marine nature reserve. The Costa Blanca offers many attractions in addition to the beautiful sandy beaches.

The house is fully furnished and can be rented throughout the year. It has an area of 75 m2 and is suitable for 6 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find a staircase which allows you to access the balcony on the facade, the living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and boiler; a back door to the terrace, a bathroom and a bedroom furnished with two single beds.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with a balcony (furnished with 1 double bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a terrace with two sun loungers. Additional facilities in the house include: air-conditioning, a satellite TV, electric heating, internet, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

ATTENTION! Availability is restricted. You will be notified within a few days whether your booking has been confirmed. In case of a one-week booking, arrival and departure are on Saturday, if there is no other agreement. Online bookings are billed directly by e-mail. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Youth groups are not admitted.
Arrival: between 15:00 and 19:00. Departure: by 10:00 a.m. Alternative times are possible only by prior arrangement. You are requested to keep the house tidy during your stay and launder your bed and bath linen when necessary. Please account for the fact that the house is part of a community with permanent residents who will appreciate your consideration of their working and resting hours as well as their values and social norms. The tenant will receive a set of keys to the house. In case of loss, house locks will be replaced at the expense of the tenant.

Deposit to be paid locally is € 200. You will receive it back on the last day of your stay, after the house has been checked. In case of accommodations with an electricity meter, the electricity costs (0.20 per kwh) will be deducted from the deposit. In case of accommodations without a meter, the fixed electricity costs are due upon arrival.

You have to order bed linen and towels and pay for it on arrival. Or take your own with you.
