The newly-constructed apartment is situated in the complex of Salacia Residencial in Jávea. There are 2 communal swimming pools, surrounded by a large garden with a terrace and artificial lawn. Restaurants, shops and bars can be found in the surrounding area. The distance to the Arenal beach is only 100 meters. Pets are not allowed.

The municipal area of Javea is crescent shaped and is located between the capes of Gata and La Nao. It occupies an area of 68.4 km². Its coordinates are 38º 47' 40' North and 0º 9' 90' East. The coast of Javea has a varied landscape, which extends over a length of 25 km. In general, the terrain of the area is very uneven. The flat areas are comprised of alluvial deposits, fertile lands, which are ideal for the cultivation of grapes, almonds, olives and oranges. The mountainous areas are covered by extensive pine forests.
Javea's climate, like the rest of the Costa Blanca, is characterized by a temperate climate: the Montgo Mountains protects it from the cold in winter and the breezes temper the heat in summer. The average annual temperature is 16.5 º
