Short description
This cozy holiday home is part of a holiday park located in Gran Alacant, on the Costa Blanca (white coast). The holiday complex has a shared swimming pool and tennis court. The house is located next to the swimming pool. From the terrace you have a view of the pool.
Within walking distance of the complex there is a nature park, perfect for walking and mountain biking. About 500 meters away there is a bus stop, while the bus and train stations are situated 15 km away. During the summer the bus runs frequently, during the winter just 4x per day. 350 meters away there is a street containing several restaurants, bars, tapas bar, hairdresser, supermarket, bank, ice cream shop, etc. These are open year round. 1.5 kilometers away there is a shopping center with a variety of entertainment possibilities and larger supermarkets. At a distance of 2 kilometers there is a clinic with English speaking doctors and staff. The house is within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Carabassi. Before you reach this beach you can take a walk in the beautiful park. The boulevard is at a distance of 2.8 meters. The airport of Alicante is 15 kilometer away. For golf fans there are several golf courses: at 15, 25, and 40 km. It is an ideal venue for families with children, but also offers many possibilities for fans of sports and entertainment. People who are searching for a peaceful holiday will also enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Gran Alacant.

On the Spanish east coast lies the Costa Blanca (the 'White Coast') with its healthy sunshine and cool sea-breeze. The distance from Amsterdam to Alicante (by car) is 1888 km (including 1660 km via motorway). By plane it takes about 2 hours from the Rotterdam airport. A visit to the city of Alicante, 15 km away, is highly recommended. Pass the day shopping or visit local museums and monuments. Don't miss out on the town of Santa Pola with its salt lakes, only 8 km away. This idyllic fishing port was once an important Roman harbor. The fort, which dates from the 1600's, houses the archaeological museum and an aquarium. Take the ferry from the Santa Pola coast to the small island of Tabarca. Although only 40 people live here, and almost everything is prohibited (camping, water-skiing, etc.), still the island attracts hundreds of visitors daily. The city wall surrounding the village has three towers and several narrow streets lead up to the church square. Yet the most peculiar house is the governor's residence, which houses the island's only hotel. A real must for young and old is a visit to the Aquapark in the neighboring Torrevieja (30 km away). Here you will find huge slides and several swimming pools. You can enjoy horseback riding with a Dutch instructor (beach rides or lessons) or visit the Rojales golf course 10 km away. Summers are long in this area (from the end of April until the second half of October). Winters do not get colder than ca. 12 C so you can visit the Costa Blanca all year round!

This cozy duplex is spacious and well-equipped. It has an area of 70 m2 and can accommodate 8 persons. At the front side there is a terrace and a small garden.
Ground floor: living room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer), a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed as well. In a separate room near the kitchen there is a washing machine.
Upper floor: three bedrooms, a second bathroom (with bath). One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony, while the other two are equipped with two single beds. On the top of the house there is a big roof terrace with garden furniture and a charming sea view. Other facilities in the accommodation: air-conditioning, electric heating, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

ATTENTION! Availability is restricted. You will be notified within a few days whether your booking has been confirmed. In case of a one-week booking, arrival and departure are on Saturday, if there is no other agreement. Online bookings are billed directly by e-mail. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Youth groups are not admitted.
Arrival: between 15:00 and 19:00. Departure: by 10:00 a.m. Alternative times are possible only by prior arrangement. You are requested to keep the house tidy during your stay and launder your bed and bath linen when necessary. Please account for the fact that the house is part of a community with permanent residents who will appreciate your consideration of their working and resting hours as well as their values and social norms. The tenant will receive a set of keys to the house. In case of loss, house locks will be replaced at the expense of the tenant.

Deposit to be paid locally is € 200. You will receive it back on the last day of your stay, after the house has been checked. In case of accommodations with an electricity meter, the electricity costs (0.20 per kwh) will be deducted from the deposit. In case of accommodations without a meter, the fixed electricity costs are due upon arrival.

You have to order bed linen and towels and pay for it on arrival. Or take your own with you.
