The residence, which is comprised of small buildings grouped around two swimming pools, is situated 3km from Port Grimaud. Overlooking the sea and Gulf of Saint Tropez, Grimaud and its port offer all kinds of outdoor fun and sea related activities. The village, a true contemporary architectural achievement, is one of the most visited places in France and a popular place for visitors by boat.

A medieval town situated next to the seaside, with a modern lake-side village nestled at its feet- this is how one could define "Grimaud". The village of Grimaud has a long history, beginning with the Gallo-Roman age. In the 11th century its steep summit drew the attention of military strategists owing to the fact that it is situated high up on a peak which dominates the Gulf of Saint Tropez and controls access from the north and from the Maures mountains. Be sure to visit the beautiful church of St. Michel. The religious devotion to this site has been unfailing: three wonderfully preserved chapels mark the history of Grimaud: Notre Dame de la Queste (11th century), the Penitents’ Chapel (15th century) and the St. Roch’s Chapel (18th century). As to recent history: its major feature is Port Grimaud. Here, in 1966, the architect François Spoerry realized a visionary and ambitious project: the marina or "lake-dwelling" city. Today Port Grimaud is one of the most frequented places in France, with its quays of 12 km lined with gardens and "fishermen's houses" where boats can be moored. A true architectural success!

This 2-room apartment is suitable for 6 persons and has an area of about 37m². It includes a living room with a pull-out bed for 2 persons, a cabine located at the entryway furnished with a bunk bed and a bedroom furnished with a double bed (or 2 single beds). The accommodation also features a fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
In addition, each accommodation has a telephone and a terrace (or garden; not fenced) offering a view of the park or swimming pool.
The following are also at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming pools (open from April until the end of September and heated from April to mid-June and from mid-September onwards), tennis court, playground, pétanque area, fee-paying Wi-fi access in the apartment, fee-paying launderette and free outdoor parking (with a limited number of spaces). Payment for the extra services is to be made locally.

The residence-club, made up of small buildings grouped around two swimming pools, is situated at 3km from Port Grimaud, in a luxuriant green setting. At your disposal you will find 2 outdoor swimming pools (one large and one small pool) open from April to the end of September, and heated (apart from July and August, according to the weather conditions; swimming shorts not alowed), 1 tennis court, petanque area, fee-paying WiFi in the apartment, launderette (with charge), and free outdoor parking (non-guarded and not by reservation, 1 parking spot per apartment). Bed linen is provided ONLY in the winter season. For an additional fee you can rent a TV (only during the summer season, television is included in the rental price), bed/bath linen set, final cleaning or baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair). During summer there are leisure activities for your children: FREE in July and August, children's activity club for 4 to 11 year-old (5 half-days per week); adosphère - activities for teenagers for 12 to 15 year old; activities and entertainment for all during the day.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
