Sports, tourism, culture and wonderful cuisine add to the beauty of the Brittany coast. When it comes to sports, you can think of swimming in the aquatic center in Trégastel, deep sea fishing, diving, bowling, billiards, golf (8 km away, 18 holes), mini-golf, hiking, biking and kayaking on the Lannion River. Other activities include: boat excursions; thalassotherapy; visit a reconstructed village of the Gauls; take a sightseeing flight by helicopter or plane over the Côte de Granit Rose; visit the marine aquarium in Trégastel or a number of bird sanctuaries in the area. Or you can simply enjoy the impressive views from the granite cliffs! Culture is more than sufficient thanks to the very interesting history of the Breton menhirs and cromlechs, beautiful coastal towns and archaeological sites with many legends. Good food is another particular feature of Brittany. Enjoy Fruits de mer (“fruits of the sea”) or a savory pancake at one of the typical Breton pancake houses, with or without Breton cider. If you have no problem with driving a bit further (1.5 to 2 hours), we recommend you visit the city of Brest with its Oceanopolis aquarium and the imposing rocky tidal island and commune of Mont Saint-Michel.
