Short description
This residence is situated in the heart of a pine forest, 4km from Sanary-sur-Mer and 1km from Bandol. The nearest beach, about 800m away, can be reached by a little footpath from the residence. The apartments, ranging from a studio apartment for 3/4 persons to a 3-room apartment for 6 persons, have fully-equipped kitchenettes (hotplates - or vitroceramic hotplates in the 3-room apartments - dishwasher, microwave), a bathroom and usually a separate toilet, a television (for an additional fee) and a terrace.

At the beach
Arriving in the heart of Sanary sur Mer, by the quaysides along the harbor, you'll be struck by the charm and beauty of this place. Sanary offers numerous and varied possibilities for walks, around ornamental gardens, alongside the masts of sailing boats on the quaysides, on the island of Embiez and around the shipyard at the foot of the green hillside, at the top of which is perched a charming chapel accessible by the ascent of the Oratoire from where the whole bay of Sanary is visible.
Sanary is a lively resort year round. Natives of Sanary as well as visitors can be found strolling together on the quayside and by the seafront, enjoying the sunshine. Shops are open year round.
Sanary sur Mer, a seaside resort, offers a pleasant and beneficial climate. With 13 000 inhabitants, it boasts an exceptional geographical location: its climate is also a remarkable one: mild in the winter, a slight breeze in summer and 300 days of sunshine per year. Protected by a micro-climate, it has very little rain.
The residence is a 2-storey building (without lift). The apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 3/4 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 pers are all fully equipped : kitchenette (hotplates - or vitroceramic hotplates for the 3-roomed apartments - dishwasher, microwave ), bathroom and generally a separate toilet, television (with supplement) and terrace.

Disabled access to the residence. Three e 3-roomed apartments for 6 pers (50m²) situated on the ground floor with view of the swimming pool or park are equipped for persons of reduced mobility (specially adapted doors, double beds, toilet incorporated into the bathroom) 

At your disposal you will find an outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, fee-paying Internet at the reception, a launderette (for a fee - 6 euro/wash and 5 euro/dryer) and free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment). Bed linen is included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a TV (already installed in the apartment), a baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair) and/or final cleaning. You can borrow an iron or a vacuum cleaner, if available.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be given back after inventory on the day of departure, or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and an identifying tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
