Also known as «L’Ile du soleil», L’Alpe d’Huez, situated at an altitude of 1860 meters at the foot of the Grandes Rousses, is most certainly one of the sunniest mountain resorts in France.
With its recognized beneficial climate and various tourist attractions, this is definitively a destination worth visiting.
The resort, with its south-facing orientation, boasts a magnificent view of the Ecrins mountain range.
The lovely holiday residence is situated just 150 meters from Les Bergers commercial centre. The building includes 118 apartments and features an original architectural design.
Facilities of the residence include a fee-paying internet connection point at reception, outdoor car park (non-guarded and with a limited number of spaces) and a free, municipal covered car park. 

In the mountains
L’Alpe d’Huez is a suitable resort for both children and adults. Among the offered attractions to be found: cycling and mountain biking courses, hiking, and a range of sports like badminton, curling, hang gliding, fitness, golf, gymnastics, quad riding and squash.
Activities available for an additional fee are those grouped under the Visalp Pass.
Places of interest in the surrounding area include: the Brandes archeaological site, the Alpine Mineral and Animal Museum at Bourg d’Oisans and Ecrins National Park.

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 pers, are all fitted out with an equipped kitchenette (oven and dishwasher), bathroom, separate toilet (except in studio apartments), television ( with supplement) and balcony.

The studio apartments are equipped for persons of reduced mobility 

Pets are allowed for an additional fee provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and an identifying mark in the form of a tattoo or chip. Dogs are to be kept on a leash inside the residence. 
Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available to borrow at the reception desk.
