One room has an extra bed. In addition, there is 1 bathroom with tub and a toilet. The house has an AC device in the hallway. The living room is perfect for relaxing, reading a book, watching satellite TV or listening to music. Independent of the kitchen there is the dining room with space for all guests. In addition there is an iron and ironing board. Remember that pets are not allowed. The 15 m2 terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue so you can prepare meals outdoors. In addition there are 4 sun beds for sunbathing. Cala Sant Vicenç is near the sea and surrounded by mountains, it is a very charming place. Other nearby coves worthwhile are: Cala Molins, Cala Carbo and Cala Clara, all with fine sand and crystal waters. In Cala Sant Vicenç you will find a small supermarket, souvenir shops and some restaurants. For larger purchases, most gastronomic and leisure offer, we recommend going to Port de Pollença and Pollença, which are 15 minute drive. The town of Pollença is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. It became a favourite haunt for artists and writers who visited the island, because it is one of the most beautiful villages. Pollença invites you to enjoy the summer evenings with its historical monuments, narrow streets and ancient customs, also with classical music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants with terraces in the bustling square. Some of the important monuments of Pollença are the Roman Bridge and Calvary, which has the Via Crucis, of special interest for its long staircase up the hill of Calvary, made up of 365 steps. At the top of the hill you can see a great view of Pollença and the bay. In Port de Pollença, there is a harbour where you will find a mixture of luxury yachts and colourful small fishing boats, which set a very nice landscape. The promenade is an ideal place for long walks. On Sundays there is a local market in Pollença and on Wednesdays in Port de Pollença. There you will find fresh local products. Port de Pollença offers a range of activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving, fishing, biking, hiking, tennis, golf and horse riding. You will definitely find something for you, do not miss it! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle. Or you can visit some of the wineries in the center of the island where you can enjoy traditional local wines. You can also visit a farm by cycling or hiking, where you can learn how to make the sobrasada or mallorquín pork sausage.
Here you'll find great places to eat. The Mallorcan chefs prepare traditional recipes adapted to the modern taste. There are six Michelin-starred restaurants on the island. This renewed enthusiasm for local cuisine is also evident in all the restaurants in Mallorca.
Even if you have been on the island several times, there is always more to discover, especially by exploring the lush inland countryside as well as the spectacular coastline.
Usually the beach holiday season begins in May and ends in October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the almond trees are in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are perfect for active holidays, with plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While most beach resorts close in the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal location for a holiday year-round. If you want more to do than to just lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of a real life in the Balearic Islands.
