This is a comfortable apartment on the sea front in Xeraco, a quiet area in Gandia. It has 60 m2, capacity for 3 people and it is on the ground floor.The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a bed of 105 cm large and another one with a sofa/trundle bed for two people. The apartment has one bathroom. It is ideal for families. The open kitchen and living room are very well lighted and decorated. In this room there is an AC device for the coldest months. In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The furnished terrace is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax while having breakfast and enjoying the sea views. From the apartment you will have a private access to the beach. If you wish, you can bring your pet!The location of the apartment is perfect, as everything you might need is within a few minutes walk: restaurants, supermarkets, surgery, etc. The sand beach is very clean and quiet and equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas that you can rent. You will be able to practice some activities like windsurf or volley.NOTE: We don’t accept groups of people under 26 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
