Welcome to the villa Son Veny! Enjoy your own piece of idyllic Majorcan countryside near the authentic village Porreres and discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.

This cozy and tastefully furnished villa counts with three bedrooms and is perfect for families or groups of friends who are searching for relax and peace. The house has a size of 260 m2. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both count with double beds and air conditioning and one of them has a bathroom en suite with shower cabin. Furthermore there is another small bathroom on the first floor with toilet and shower. The bedroom on the ground floor has a capacity for up to 4 persons and has no air conditioning; but we are pleased to supply fans for it on request. There is no bathroom on the ground floor.

The light filled living- dining area on the first floor has many rustic details that make the difference. It is the right corner to read a good book, listen to music, watch television (satellite TV), surf on the internet (WIFI) or just take a nap. The adjoining dining area is equipped with a big wooden table and seats for up to 12 persons. The chairs in the living room derive from an old cinema and are a beautiful eye-catcher. The wooden ceiling beams bring a rustic flair to the living area. During fresh autumn nights you can warm up by the cozy fireplace. From the living area you have access to the terrace with pool views. Furthermore we have left CD’s and parlor games in the house. On the basement level you will find a games room with a snooker table and a ping pong table where you will enjoy playing and having fun with the whole family.

The modern kitchen offers you everything you need during your holidays. You will find a food blender, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator-freezer, plates, glasses, kitchen utensils and a small table with chairs there. Obviously you will find also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board in the house. From the kitchen you have access to the furnished balcony with lovely views over the countryside and you could observe the sheep grazing.

The private chlorine pool is located on the terrace. It measures 10 m x 3 m and is between 1.20 m and 1.90 m deep. There is also a BBQ. All the sun lovers of you can relax on the 6 sun loungers. Furthermore, you will find 3 sunshades by the pool area.

The area around the villa is particularly rural. There’s a farm with animals like sheep, cows and chickens next to the house. The animals are housed in their own enclosure, so and can’t enter the plot of the villa Son Veny. Furthermore, the villa itself is also fenced. There are no more neighbors next to the house beside the farm.
The idyllic, rolling countryside of the zone invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. In the village Porreres you can still feel the lifestyle of genuine Mallorca. Enjoy a coffee on the main square and explore the small alleys of the town. On Tuesday is market day in Porreres and you will find fresh food, eggs and clothes there. Don’t forget to visit the local winery and try as well the local delicacy, dried apricots.
Where do you want to go to the beach? From Porreres is very easy to get to the southern and south-eastern beaches. We recommend visiting the famous beach “Es Trenc” – there you will feel like in the Caribbean! You reach this beach in about 30 minutes driving by car. Also the beaches of Santanyi and the salt refinery of Campos are worth visiting. The salts of Campos are very famous for its first-class quality. You could buy lots of curious variants there; like salt with olive or rosé aroma.
