This is a cosy house for 5 people in Denia. The house has 40 m2 and communal pool; ideal for families with kids. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and an extra bed. There is a shower room. Kitchen, living and dining room are all an open space where you will be able to cook, relax and organize a meal with your family. There is an AC device that will refresh the whole house. There is a communal pool and garden where you will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The area of Las Marinas is famous for its awesome sandy beach and its facilities and services around (life guard, volleyball court, parking lots for bicycles and cars, bathing areas for people with reduced mobility).Denia has a great leisure offer: shopping areas, cultural activities, sports, local celebrations or its castle from the twelfth century. There are also very good restaurants and bars! If you are a sport lover, you will be able to practice snorkel, sailing, parasailing, trekking in the Natural Park of Mongó, tennis or golf in La Sella.Extra fee per towel: 2€
