Short description
This fabulous apartment is situated right at the seafront of Port d’Alcúdia. It offers all the comforts that you would expect to make your holiday unforgettable. It is a 2-storey apartment of about 95m2 and has capacity for 6 persons, perfect for families with children or a group of friends. It has three rooms and there are stairs inside and outside. On the first floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a small balcony on the street side. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. The air conditioning is on the hallway, perfectly distributing the fresh air into the rooms. On the ground floor there is a room with two individual beds. This bedroom has sea view and access to the terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. You can feel the Mediterranean air in the living and dining room, as well as on the small terrace with sea views, on the first floor. This terrace is by far our guests’ favorite place. It has a huge window which can be opened to enjoy the sea breeze or closed to keep the wind from coming in. It is closed on the sides and connects with the living and dining room with a sliding glass door. It is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The living and dining room has two very comfortable sofas and a television. It is equipped with air conditioning. There is a dining table to enjoy diner or have your coffee. On this floor, you will also find an independent fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, electric hob and fridge with freezer. It has a breakfast bar with stools and everything you need to cook a perfect meal. From the ground-floor bedroom you can access the garage, where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.The surroundings are astonishing: after a good night sleep in the ground-floor bedroom, you will wake up with the sea view and you can walk out onto the terrace and directly onto the beach! The grass terrace counts with a few sun beds and a table with chairs.The garage cannot be used to park, but you may park a car on the drive, in front of the garage door or out on the street. The apartment is perfectly situated, as everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, taxis, ATM, and bus stop. Every 15 minutes there is a bus to Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Palma. In the harbor of Alcúdia you will find all kinds of restaurants: fresh fish, good meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Mallorcan cuisine. The are lots of bars for a drink or some tapas. Also, you will find every kind of shops: clothes, shoes, souvenirs and groceries. There is a bigger supermarket on the main street to Alcúdia, next to the gas station.The old town of Alcúdia is a precios network of cobblestone streets, a beautiful church and a citywall to walk over. It is filled with bars, restaurants and shops. There is a theatre and a library. On Tuesday and Sunday the village fills up with visitors for the market. Surely worth a visit are the roman ruins and the old roman theatre.By car o bus you can also reach the beaches of Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença. A beautiful small beach to snorkel is Cala Sant Viçens. The town of Pollença is also worth a visit, with its vivid church square and the nice view from the top of the Calvari stairs. This view is worth the climb up the 365 steps that lead you to the small chapel. A simple apartment, tidy and clean, perfect for a holiday on the seafront in one of the most visited areas of Mallorca. Don’t have just any holiday – have the holiday of your life! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property. 


Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle. Or you can visit some of the wineries in the center of the island where you can enjoy traditional local wines. You can also visit a farm by cycling or hiking, where you can learn how to make the sobrasada or mallorquín pork sausage.

Even if you have been on the island several times, there is always more to discover, especially by exploring the lush inland countryside as well as the spectacular coastline.
Usually the beach holiday season begins in May and ends in October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the almond trees are in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are perfect for active holidays, with plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While most beach resorts close in the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal location for a holiday year-round. If you want more to do than to just lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of a real life in the Balearic Islands.
