This is a cosy villa with pool in Xabia. If has 150 m2 and capacity for 8 people.There are 4 bedrooms, so the house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and another bathroom. The living, dining room and kitchen form an open space. In the living you will be able to relax on the sofa with the warm atmosphere of the log fire. The kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, oven, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exterior and wonderful: have a BBQ, swim in the 5 x 10 meters pool, have breakfast outside, sunbathe and let the kids play around in the lawn area. Your pet is also welcome. There is garage to leave your car as well.The area of Xabia has a diverse landscape and rugged terrain, as a result of the wind and sea influence. The coast forms a mix of coves, beaches, cliffs, islands and caves. Therefore, some of these areas are recognized and Natural Park, Marine Reserve and Flora Micro reserve.
