Welcome to this luxury duplex with 170 m2 and capacity for 9 people which is located in Cala Murada (Manacor). It is located on the first coast line and has stunning views over the cliffs and the sea. There are four double bedrooms. One of them is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a double bed. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower floor and all of them are equipped with twin beds. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and one of them is big enough to fit another single bed for the ninth person, if needed. The living and dining room is completely furnished in a modern and Mediterranean style. It is very cosy and counts with a chaise longue sofa and two armchairs. You can open the huge windows and let the marine breeze come in. For sure you will relax in this space. The modern kitchen is fitted with all the utensils and electric appliances you may need during your stay: microwave, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc. The terrace outside is the highlight of the apartment. It has direct access from the living room. For sure you will enjoy breakfasts and dinners outdoors, just a few metres far from the sea. There is also a solarium area on the cliff, where you can sunbathe on the two sunbeds you will find. There is a communal swimming pool and many gardened areas with 500 m2 grass. In addition, there is a communal parking space for the neighbours. In this community pets are not allowed. Cala Murada is a wonderful touristic destination on the east of Majorca. In the surroundings there are many small sandy beaches such as Cala Murada, Cala Domingos and Cala Falcó. In Cala Murada, you will have the basic facilities you may need during your holiday: supermarket, bar and a restaurant. In Portocolom, Manacor or Santanyí, where you can get in a 15-minute drive you will have pharmacies, a health centre, etc. We recommend a visit to Santanyí market, which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday and where you will find lots of stands with local farmers and artisans selling their products. If you are a sports lover the place is ideal. There is a golf course only 11 km far away from the house and many cycling routes that go through rural and countryside paths.
