The furnished 74m2 terrace is the ideal place for you to share lunch or dinner by the pool while admiring the wonderful views. Just outside the property’s main entrance there is 1 11m2 porch where you can share endless chats and snacks with family and friends. The privacy of this property is partial and has a total of 3 spaces to park vehicles.Upon entering the house you will find the cozy living room with fireplace. This is the ideal place to relax and unwind watching satellite TV or reading a book. In the furnished room you can enjoy endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen is open to the dining room and it has everything you need to dazzle your guests with your best creations, including gas stove. The laundry area is on the paved portion of the exterior and it features 1 washing machine. Inside the home you will find an iron and an ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed and wardrobes and the third with 2 single beds. There are four radiators for colder months.The nearest town to the house is Oliva, and there is a sandy beach just 6km from the property. In this area you can enjoy the market on Friday morning, and a central market where you can find all kinds of typical foods from the area. In the beach stretch closest to the property, you will find different areas where water sports such as windsurfing, padelsurf, or kitesurf are practiced. 7km away is Gandia, which has a 3.5km beach, a shopping mall, and if you want to make cultural visits, you can go to the historic city center. The property is located near the Rebollet castle. There are hiking trails such as “Assagador Route” and “Covatelles Route”. And if you prefer to visit coves you will have to go to Xabia, which is about 38km south. In the area of Xabia you also you have access to a variety of activities and entertainment.Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents.
