The rooms in the secondary building are 2: 1 with 1 double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds. The main house has 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub in suite and 1 with a shower. In the second house there is 1 full bathroom with a shower. In the main house there is central heating, 1 crib for younger children and air conditioning in 1 of the bedrooms.The property is very close to Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Sunday is market day in Sa Pobla, there you will find traditional products of the island. Pollença is not too far and it is a lovely town worth visiting. There you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the shops in the area. There you can climb to the Calvari, an old church that is in the upper town, where you will enjoy spectacular views. Just 15km away are the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella while enjoying the spectacular views. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend the area of Alcudia, where there are wonderful pristine coves.NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases.
