In der schönen Stadt Villarrica sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 3 große Supermärkte, 2 Wochenmärkte für den Einkauf von Obst und Gemüse. Außerdem befindet sich in Villarrica das städtische Krankenhaus (kostenlose Behandlung), mehrere Privatkliniken, ein sehr guter Zahnarzt und viele verschiedene Werkstätten für Auto, Motorrad etc. sind vorhanden. Das Postamt mit Schließfächern, die staatliche Telefongesellschaft Copaco, diverse Banken und der Telefon- und Internetanbieter Tigo haben in Villarica ihre Niederlassungen.
