Surrounded by woods and overlooking the Tramuntana mountains, this house features a 9 m x 4.5 m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.6 m to 1.9 m. Outside, you can bask in the sun on one of the six sun loungers or enjoy great al-fresco dining, as there is an ample terrace and two furnished porches, one with BBQ. This nice property rests in a 2000 m2, fenced plot and there are a few neighbours around. Divided into two floors, there is a welcoming living-dining room with satellite-TV, which stands out for the rustic, typical Majorcan decoration and wooden beams. The fully-equipped kitchen with a vitro hob has everything you may need to cook up a feast. There is one twin bedroom with A/C and wardrobe on the ground floor - and like all rooms on this level, it has direct access to the exterior. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board completes the equipment. A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you will find one double and one twin bedroom, bothwith A/C and wardrobe. In case you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, this nice property has two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with shower and one with a bath tube, as well as a bathroom with a bath tube on the first floor. The northern part of Majorca is characterized by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and the blue Mediterranean. Lots of trails surround Pollensa and the Cam├ş Vell de Lluc a Pollensa is maybe the most popular, as it leads through picturesque landscapes. It is especially recommendable during spring and autumn, when the weather is not so hot. At the beginning of this trail, there's the monastery of Lluc, which nestles in the midst of the Tramuntana mountains. At the same time, it's an important starting point for many trails and cycling routes. If the beach is what you are searching for, you may love Puerto de Pollensa, a fine grained, long sand beach. On the sea promenade you can take a stroll, eat or drink something in one of the bars and restaurants. Cala Sant Vicente with its three bays is nice for diving. The lighthouse of Formentor surprises by a wild romantic landscape with steep cliffs. The old town of Pollensa with its cobbled streets and the famous Calvary is worth visiting. On the top of the Calvary there's a small chapel with panoramic views over the Bay of Pollensa.There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
